Zoom is a free app which we use for our online consultations and catch up sessions. We will set up our meetings with you on zoom and invite you via email to attend them.

Click on the link below to create your profile on zoom. 


HabitShare is an app for your phone which we use to view your workouts, and read your comments. 


1. Download HabitShare app on your phone

2. Sign up by creating a profile.

3. Connect your account with Julia's. Go the "Friends" tab at the bottom: Add "" as a friend. 

3. Add a new habit. Go to the Home tab. press "add" at the top right. Call this habit: "Strength & Mobility".

4. Choose your frequency as 1 or 2 per week.

5. Share this habit with: "Julia"

6. Press "Save" in the top right corner.

Repeat steps 3-6 for additional entries; for example Run, Ride, Foam rolling.


If you have feedback from a workout please list it in the comments for that session. 

To make a comment about a session click on the date for that habit, select the circle with 3 dots in it, and a comment window will open.
